FULL MOON SOLEMNITY
Gain perspective as we disconnect from chaos, reconnecting with ourselves and the moon energies. Learn more about the moon phase and clean out any cobwebs stuck in our mental & physical world. Connect with movement and reflection as we "manifest with the moon". This Event includes a Guided Moon Practice and Refreshments. A small token gift will also be included. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, pillow, hand towel, and a yoga or exercise mat.
